Irina Pivtsaikina

Founder & Head Trainer of LiBDO School

Irina Pivtsaikina is the creator of the LiBDO method and the Head Trainer of LiBDO School.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports and is a former professional athlete, awarded the title of Master of Sports in Handball as a member of the Kazakhstan National Team.

Over the years, Irina has developed a unique movement-based methodology designed to help women improve body awareness, confidence, coordination, mobility, and overall well-being.

Today, the LiBDO method unites women and instructors from different countries around the world.

Angelika Sober

LiBDO Certified Master Educator | Poland & Europe

Angelika Sober is a certified fitness instructor and group training specialist with over 14 years of experience working with women.

She was personally trained and examined by Irina Pivtsaikina, the founder of the LiBDO method, and holds the title of LiBDO Certified Master Educator.

As an official LiBDO Master Educator, Angelika is authorized to conduct instructor certification trainings and educational programs throughout Poland and Europe.

Angelika believes that every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and deeply connected to her body. Her mission is to educate and inspire a new generation of qualified LiBDO instructors who will continue spreading the LiBDO philosophy across Europe.
